I've tried to obtain my Equifax report and purchase a credit monitoring product from Equifax directly and have only confronted myself with inexperienced and unreliable representatives that after running my credit card over 9 times have only come up with the answer of "I don't know why we can't process your request" OR "you can't have a monitoring product because you have too many accounts - which in my case is 69". Has anyone ever heard of such *** reply?

I have been transferred for the past two weeks to the Global Consumer dept. and the Personal Solutions dept. over and over and no one can help me out.

This is so frustrating and still I can't access my own personal file. How are these companies even allowed to do business??
