I have two accounts that need to be removed. One account was a transferred account and it showed 3 late pymts.
They were not late, Bell didn't close the original account. After 5 years, it was finally removed. I have another account that was my partners, it should have been removed. They have all the documents.
After 5 years, and addressing the issue yet again 10 days ago, I just learned that they never started the review when I asked them to 10 days ago.
I asked for 2 free months for all the issues and was told they cannot do that. If any company ran operations like Equifax, they would be not have a customer base.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of equifax account. Equifax needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
